Stela Veleva collects and processes your data for the purposes listed below. We use both data that you provide to us and data that we collect ourselves (for example about your visit to our website). We retain personal data for the time needed to achieve a particular purpose, or for the time prescribed by law (e.g. for retention of accounting documents).

  • Online coaching and well-being consultations for adults: In order to provide individual well-being and coaching consultations online, we collect your name, email address, and contact details. This data is processed strictly to conduct the sessions and manage professional client communication.

  • Art workshops for adults: In order to organize, manage registrations, and run creative art workshops for adult participants, we collect your name, email address, and telephone number to keep you updated about the event organization.

  • Educational group activities for children ("Children's Groups in Brussels"): In order to run the emotional and social development groups, we process the child's name, parent's name, and telephone number for emergency contact. For the child's safety and well-being during the activities, this also includes processing vital context provided in the form regarding allergies, specific dietary restrictions, or individual needs.

  • Executing your order and Invoicing: In order to execute your package order (such as the 10-session package or workshop tickets) and process payments, we need your name, address, and payment details. We are required by Belgian law to retain data about your financial orders and invoices for seven years.

  • Media and Social Media (Marketing): Based on your explicit voluntary choice in the children's group or workshop registration form, we process and publish photos and video materials of the activities on our website and professional social channels. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

  • Where it is necessary for the execution of a contract: (e.g. to fulfill your online coaching booking, art workshop registration, or secure a child's spot in the development group).

  • Whenever it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation: (e.g. keeping invoices and financial records for 10 years under Belgian tax laws).

  • When the processing of personal data takes place on the legal grounds of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent for future processing at any time.
